3. Orders, Deposits & Payments

Placing a deposit through this website does not guarantee delivery of a product. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Taxes, registration fees, import duties, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Pre-Orders & Timelines

Some Tarform products, including motorcycles, are offered through pre-orders. Production schedules, features, and final specifications may be adjusted. Pre-order timelines are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details will be communicated once an order is ready. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered or picked up by the carrier. Any shipping damage must be documented immediately with the carrier.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Motorcycles and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered. Accessories and merchandise may be eligible for return within the timeframe listed on the specific product page. Refunds for deposits or canceled orders follow the policy stated at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, videos, text, logos, and trademarks—including Tarform, Luna, Vera, and other product names—are the property of Tarform Motorcycles Inc. They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
