TARFORM – FINANCING

Tarform Financing is currently in pilot. We are gathering customer interest to inform our financing program design. By submitting an interest form, you are not applying for credit, and no loan is being offered at this time. When the program launches, we will reach out to you with the information needed to apply.

13.1. Tarform is not a bank, lender, or financial institution and does not extend loans, make credit decisions, or service financing agreements.

13.2 Tarform Financing is offered through our financing partner. All loans are originated, underwritten, and serviced by Lender. Lender is licensed to lend in specific U.S. states; if you reside outside Lender’s licensed territory, financing through this program may not be available to you.

13.3 Submitting a Tarform Financing application does not constitute a loan application or obligate you to purchase a Vehicle. No credit check is performed when you submit the initial application. With your separate consent at a later stage, Lender may perform a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score, to provide a preliminary rate estimate. A subsequent hard credit inquiry, application, or loan agreement is governed by Lender’s own terms.

13.4 Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) shown in the configurator are estimates based on self-reported credit tier, down payment, and loan term. Your actual APR is determined by Lender after a full review of your credit profile and is subject to credit approval. Approval is not guaranteed. The “National Average” APR shown for comparison is provided for context based on industry data and is not specific to any individual borrower.

13.5 By submitting a financing application, you authorize Tarform to share your contact information and vehicle configuration with Lender for the purpose of evaluating your application. Lender’s use of your information is governed by Lender’s own privacy policy.

13.6 Lender does not discriminate against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because income is derived from public assistance. Equal credit opportunity is required by federal law.
