A deposit does not guarantee delivery. Delivery dates are estimates. Taxes, registration, duties and shipping are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; your use of Stripe is subject to its own terms.

Some products, including motorcycles, are sold as pre-orders. Production, features and specifications may change between the time of pre-order and delivery. Pre-order timelines are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details are confirmed when an order is ready to ship. Risk of loss passes to the customer at delivery or at carrier pickup. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately on receipt.

Motorcycles and other made-to-order items cannot be returned once delivered. Certain accessories and merchandise may be returnable within a window stated on the product page. Deposit and cancellation refunds follow the policy stated at checkout.
